Upper
Respiratory Tract Infection Yesh... i did
start out life as a very sick sad kitten. At one point i was so sick
that i almost died! I have Upper
Respiratory Tract Infection. I have had it ever since i can remember,
and my humans think that i got it from another sick kitty somewhere
along the way -- it is very contagious! When i was a very young kitten, i spent some time in the Leaside Vet Clinic while they nursed me back to health. I was a very lucky kitty -- because not only did i recover -- i recovered with bundles of energy... enough to turn me into the WHIRLING BALL OF ORANGE ENERGY that i am today! Right now, my Upper Resp infection doesn't cause me too many problems. I have what you humans call a "cold" all the time... my nose is pretty stuffy and i sneeze alot! Plus, my eyes sometimes get all gooey with the stuff that comes out of them. Luckily, my humans wash my face alot (i love it when they do that!) so i don't walk around with goop on my face all the time! There really isn't too much that can be done with Upper Resp, unfortunately. The vet says that it is a "viral" infection -- which means that pills won't make it go away. But i don't let it slow me down! I run around the house, bouncing around, chasing toys, full of Orange Energy! My humans have
