Maura's mom is a taciturn Scotswoman with the heart of a softie. Her dad is a silly mad scientist. Are they crazy? You bet.

Parents of the Groom: Al and Irene Bretz

Al and Irene Bretz are wonderful, loving people. Maura is very happy to have such amazing In-Laws. Al made the wine for the wedding -- some people liked it so much, they tried to spirit away some bottles after the wedding

Officiant: Kerwin Davies

The minute we met Kerwin, we knew that he would be the one to officiate at our wedding. Kerwin is warm, funny and charming. The wedding wouldn't have been the same without him.

Reader: Stacey Taves, niece of the Groom

Stacey is the daughter of Terry's sister Angela (no, no the Maid of Honour -- we get confused sometimes too). Stacey is entering into her second year of university this September. They grow up so fast!

MC: Rich Taves, Brother In Law of the Groom

Rich is a really super guy. He is friendly, honourable, and an all around good person. Rich is Stacey's dad, and he did a wonderful job as MC.

Life of the Party: Mary Daffern, aka Minnie

Minnie is Maura's grandmother, and she came all the way from England to attend Maura and Terry's wedding. She is the sweetest, most honest, and most progressive grandmother ever!

Sailboat Dude: Michael Daffern

Mike is also Maura's brother. Out of the two brothers, he is the more quiet one... quietly watching the crowd, and occasionally belting out a tune or two with the men from Sailboat.

Shiny Happy Person: Angela Taves

Angela is Terry's sister. She is a wonderful, warm individual, and the proud mother of Stacey and Kevin. Hard to beleive that this young chick has a daughter in university, isn't it?

Bashful Boy: Kevin Taves

Kevin is Terry's nephew. Isn't this a funny picture of Kevin? He looks a little surprised....

Snow White: Rowina Jennings

Rowina is the wife of the best man, Sean Jennings. During the wedding, Rowina had and adventure with the Seven Dwarves. Ask her, and she might tell you about it.

Heer to Help: Chadwick Heer

Chad is the boyfriend of the maid of honour, Angela McConnachie. Chad made himself really helpful on the wedding day, something that Maura is thankful for.

The Preggy DJ: Melissa Ferguson

Melissa is a kick as DJ that Maura became acquainted with through Frugal Bride. Mel was pregnant at Maura and Terry's wedding, and her baby Bradley was born in January, 2003.
